The project brief tool
The project form runs in your browser. It does not submit your name, email address, business information, project description or timing to us, IONOS or an external form service. It does not store a copy in cookies or browser storage. Information entered remains in the current page until you clear it or leave the page, subject to any form-restoration or autofill features controlled by your browser.
When you select “Download project brief”, a plain text file is created in your browser and saved on your device. We do not receive a copy. Your browser may ask where to save it or request download permission. Handle or delete that file as you would any document containing your contact details.
Making an enquiry
The enquiry route on this website is telephone: 01625 466 478. Downloading a brief does not contact the company or start an enquiry. You may use your saved brief to guide your conversation when you call.
Information you choose to give us during a telephone conversation is separate from the website’s brief tool. Please ask when you call about the handling of information relevant to your enquiry. Do not put passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information into a project brief.
Cookies, analytics and external services
This website does not set cookies or use analytics, advertising pixels, embedded videos or external font services. Fonts, scripts and graphics are served with the website. It does not use local storage or an external form processor.
Hosting and technical requests
The website is hosted on IONOS. Delivering and securing a website involves technical requests to its hosting service.
